Penis Stretching Exercises: Easy Exercises To Do at Home


There are a variety of methods to grow the size of your dick which include exercises, penis extenders, penis pumps, pills, and others.

Penis stretching exercises are not scientifically proven whether effective or non-effective in increasing the size of your ‘small man’. However, humanity has used them since time immemorial since they are noninvasive hence worth trying.

Penis stretching exercises have been used over the decades. There is no scientific evidence yet proving the exercises useless nor disapproving them from trying.

There are several forms of penis stretching exercises that include the following procedures:

Procedure 1: Pull and hold

· Hold your penis by the head and pull upwards. Hold the penis in that position for about 15 seconds.

· Pull towards the left and hold the penis in that position for about 15 seconds.

· Pull towards the right and hold the penis in that position for about 15 seconds.

· Make it a routine to repeat this procedure twice daily.

Procedure 2: Jelqing Massage

· Smear your hands with a lube like natural oil or petroleum jelly.

· Hold your penis’ base using the index and thumb fingers in a circular form.

· Adjust the hold to a comfortable pressure on the shaft.

· Move the fingers upwards towards the tip of the penis. Ensure you maintain the pressure which should not cause any pain. The action should take 3 to 5 seconds. Stop or ease pressure whenever you feel any pain.

· Take around 20 minutes to repeat this procedure daily.

Procedure 3: Pressure on the base

· While holding the tip of your penis, pull it upwards to apply some reasonable pressure on the base. Hold it in that position for at least 10 seconds.

· While still holding the tip, pull to the left so as to apply some reasonable pressure on the right of the base. Hold at that position for at least 10 seconds.

· Turn to the next side and pull to the right so as to apply some reasonable pressure to the left of the base. Hold it in that position for at least 10 seconds.

· Repeat this procedure at least once every day for up to 2 minutes for every session.

Beware of any hazardous signs

Since these exercises can be done without any supervision of a medical practitioner, it’s important to be cautious while at it.

· If you feel any sort of pain while doing these routines, kindly stop immediately and see your doctor for directions.

· Do not overdo these routines. Do them for at most twice a day.

· Perform the routine when your penis is flaccid or semi erect and not while fully erect.
